Step 1: Add 2 tablespoons of Purifying Foot Soak for every half gallon of water. Mix to dissolve and soak feet for 10-15 minutes
Step 2: After soaking, gently scrub or pumice feet then apply the Cracked Heel Repair to heels and to any other rough spots on the feet
Step 3: Generously massage Relief Balm into sore soles, toes and ankles. Feel free to extend the love to sore knees, elbows and shoulders too.
Step 4: Cover feet with socks to speed absorption and prevent rub off
