Step 1: Add 2 tablespoons of Purifying Foot Soak for every half gallon of water. Mix to dissolve and soak feet for 10-15 minutes
Step 2: Dry feet. After gently scrubbing or pumicing, apply the Cracked Heel Repair to heels along with any other rough spots on the feet
Step 3: Follow with the Walker’s Cream, applying generously to the tops and bottoms of your feet and continue up your legs to hydrate and seal in moisture.
Step 4: Slip on socks and roll massage ball under your arches for 60 seconds to relax fascia and relieve tension
